aching out of the Box(R) offers staff of LINGOs member organizations the opportunity to participate in a two-class series of their virtual training on coaching skills, offered from 10am - 11:30 am Eastern US time (same as New York) on Thursdays, July 9 and 23, 2015.

Coaching out of the Box offers cutting edge, high impact coaching skills training and support products designed specifically for organizational managers, executives and learning and development staff. Based on the world’s most advanced methods and theory in coaching, its training is designed to be experiential versus cerebral and takes participants directly into application of skills.
The two-part series is available to the staff of LINGOs Member Agencies. Practicing the new skills with a partner enhances participants' ability to use the skills.

Class 1 focuses on the first two skills: Listening and Encouraging.
