LINGOs and Coaching Out of the Box (R) bring you this two-class introduction to the coaching approach on April 14 & 28, 2016, from 10:00 – 11:30 am Eastern time (same time as New York).
Coaching out of the Box offers cutting edge, high impact coaching skills training and support products designed specifically for organizational managers, executives and learning and development staff. Based on the world’s most advanced methods and theory in coaching, our training is designed to be experiential versus cerebral and takes participants directly into application of skills.
The two-part series is available only to the staff of LINGOs Member Agencies. Please register with a partner or two from your organization based in another office/country. This will enable you to practice new skills during the period between classes, and expand the reach of the coaching approach. The 2 classes are offered over the web platform of Blackboard Collaborate To actively engage in the two classes, you must have a computer with internet access and ideally a headset with microphone.
Registration for LINGOs Member Agencies is free; however, there is a CANCELLATION POLICY. If you cannot attend the course, you must cancel at least 2 full business days before the class starts. If you do not show up and are registered for the course, your agency will be billed $75. Please email lourdes@lingos.org with any questions.
Building on her successful Global Learning Forum Roundtable session Kyle Pennisi from IPAS will lead this session where there will be the opportunity to share best practices, lessons learned, and yes-what not to do, when trying to build their learning platform audience.
The session will consider “How do you market your learning platform?”; “How can you reach more people than what is ‘required’ by your organization?”; “What messages work best to attract additional users?”, and “Once you attract these users, what is the ‘hook’ for getting them to take the first step and create an account?” Participants will consider marketing their learning platform to both an internal and an external audience.
