LINGOs members Paige Winn (FHI 360) and Shannon Dowd (PATH) will walk you through Facilitated eLearning, the process of identifying and reviewing third-party online content, building contextualized interactions to support learning objectives and infusing organization-specific practices.
We’ll review the basics of Facilitated eLearning and then work in small groups to tailor third-party content to your organization’s needs. Paige and Shannon will create a template designed to help SMEs or HR Business Partners deliver in-person, customized interactions that make eLearning come to life.
