SUMMARY:LMS reporting that works
DESCRIPTION:When trying to report on learning in your organisation are you constantly asking: \nWhich data do I need? \nWhich information does senior management want to see? \nWhich report/s should I run? \nHow do i make sense of all this data? \nWhat is the best way to present it? \nThat was a lot of hard work: is there an easy way to keep doing this? \nThese questions are common\, you really are not alone! \nJanet Humphry’s from GOAL has had great success in working through these questions and taking it beyond simply an exercise in reporting! Through this webinar she will be able to offer you practical help and guidance in answering these questions using your own learning system.

SUMMARY:LINGOs 2 Class Coaching Series: February 11 and 25\, 2016
DESCRIPTION:LINGOs and Coaching Out of the Box (R) bring you this two-class introduction to the coaching approach on February 11 & 25\, 2016\, from 10:00 – 11:30 am Eastern time (same time as New York). \nCoaching out of the Box offers cutting edge\, high impact coaching skills training and support products designed specifically for organizational managers\, executives and learning and development staff. SUMMARY:Better than being there: Participatory eWorkshops for global NGOs
DESCRIPTION:Have a great participatory\, problem-solving workshop that you’d like to offer to a geographically dispersed audience\, but travel costs keep it from happening? Join LINGOs in a one-hour webinar with Anouk Janssens-Bevernage\, award-winning Director of DynaMind eLearning and author of the eLearning Nomad Blog on Feb 4.  Anouk will provide LINGOs Members an overview of how to approach the conversion of a participatory face-to-face workshop into an online equivalent\, without the challenges of webinars\, the critical success factors\, and the kind of results that are possible. \nLINGOs invites DynaMind eLearning’s Anouk Janssens-Bevernage to lead a one hour thought leadership webinar Thursday February 4\, 2016  at 3pm Eastern US time (Friday Feb 5\, 6am Brisbane time) \nObjective: Provide LINGOs Members an overview of how to approach the conversion of a participatory face-to-face workshop into an online equivalent\, without the challenges of webinars\, the critical success factors\, and the kind of results that are possible. \nThis workshop would be appropriate for NGO learning professionals who are eager to… \n\nDiscover what it takes to convert participatory face to face learning program(s) to an interactive\, online experience\n\n\nExplore an approach to adapting face to face learning to a geographically spread audience\, that maintains participation and collaboration\nExplore how to support online learning beyond concept mastery\, where participants’ own experiences need to be inherently part of the learning process\nContemplate participating in an eWorkshop\n\nParticipants will be able to \n\nHave a framework to think through when strategizing the online support of participatory learning for a globally diverse audience.\nDifferentiate between types of content/learning objectives that might be appropriate for an eWorkshop vs an eLearning module or a webinar\nParticipating LINGOs member organizations may access one 25% discount to one of two DynaMind’s ‘eFacilitation workshop’ in 2016. This means a fee of USD 450 instead of the full fee of USD 600 for participation in any of the two following eFacilitation workshops (space is limited\, discounted registrations will be awarded based on the order of application):\n\n§  March 7 – April 8\, l 2016 or\n§   May 30 –  July 1\,  2016 \n\n\n\nThe eFacilitation workshop aims at training e-facilitators and is the best way to experience the eWorkshop model (and decide whether it is indeed a good fit for your own programs). For workshop details\, please see DynaMind website: http://dynamind-elearning.com/trainingandmentoring-2/ \n  \nAbout the Presenter \n  \nAnouk Janssens-Bevernage \nAnouk Janssens-Bevernage\, award-winning Director of DynaMind eLearning and author of the eLearning Nomad Blog \, worked with UN organisations and NGOs for almost 16 years before co-founding DynaMind eLearning in 2006. \nHer mission is to ensure that e-learning respects adult learning principles.  The challenging topics that the development sector typically addresses underscore the importance of a strong human touch in training. The typical approaches of the corporate and higher education sectors don’t work for our sector.  Anouk and DynaMind eLearning created a model of eWorkshops that both emulates the collaborative problem solving experiences of participatory face to face workshops and leverages technology to enable NGOs to cost-effectively deliver the learning experience to participants around the world. \nAnouk and Dynamynd have earned 2014 Gold LearnX Asia Pacific Impact Award for Best eLearning Model and the 2015 Award for Best Online Facilitator for her work in training e-facilitators and Moodle eWorkshop designers worldwide. She runs 6 online training workshops every year for NGOs who are implementing eWorkshops as part of their capacity building programs (staff and target groups). \nAnouk holds Masters Degrees in both Economic Sciences and Business Administration in her native Belgium. As her career interests evolved toward adult education and e-learning\, she obtained tertiary qualifications in these fields from universities in South Africa and the UK. She currently lives on the Australian Sunshine Coast. \n
