Chris Proulx

President and Chief Executive Officer, LINGOs (ex-officio)

Chris has had a long affiliation with LINGOs, first as CEO of a corporate partner and now as our CEO. Chris brings familiarity and demonstrated commitment to the mission of LINGOs. He loves working on breakthrough ideas and business models and especially at the intersection of learning and technology.

Christopher Pirie

General Manager of Microsoft Sales, Marketing & Services Group Readiness (Board Chair)

Christopher Pirie serves as General Manager of Microsoft’s Sales, Marketing and Services Group Readiness (SMSG-R) organization, delivering field readiness and training for 42,000 field employees worldwide. Through Chris’ leadership, the SMSG-Readiness team delivers 190,000 days of conference, classroom, online and virtual training each year, and manages over 2.4 million hours of social and online learning for Microsoft Consultants, Sales, and Marketing professionals.

Jay Shaw

Chief Executive Officer, NetDimensions

Jay manages NetDimensions, a market leader in its field that builds and sells the NetDimensions Talent Suite, a technology platform that provides clients with performance, learning, workforce analytics and related talent management capabilities for staff and extended enterprise use.

Chris Hedrick

Chief Executive Officer, Kepler Kigali

After successfully founding and leading Intrepid Learning Solutions, a learning technology and training services firm with over 300 employees, Chris moved to Senegal to lead the largest Peace Corps program in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most recently, he has assumed leadership of Kepler Kigali an NGO dedicated to providing low-cost, innovative and high-quality university education opportunities in Rwanda.

Alfredo Leone

Co-founder and Partner of Nexus Global Partners; Managing Director, QuickLessons (Board Executive Committee)

Alfredo is cofounder and partner of Nexus Global Partners, a boutique cross-border advisory firm focused on international expansion of technology companies. At Nexus, Alfredo manages strategic development of the company and is responsible for ICT related projects with focus on North and Latin America.

Joan Parker

President & CEO, Counterpart International

Joan has been at the helm of Counterpart International since 2010. With her colleagues, she works to develop a global network of community leaders, building on Counterpart’s 10,000 community partnerships over almost 50 years, with special emphasis on women and youth leaders. 

Todd Slater

Technology Learning Center Program Director, The Nature Conservancy

Todd has been in the instructional technology field for over 25 years. Currently, as the Program Director for The Nature Conservancy’s global eLearning program he is responsible for setting the strategic eLearning direction for the world’s largest conservation organization. His team regularly trains over 12,000 learners across the globe in multiple languages.

Bruce Wilkinson

President and Chief Executive Officer, Catholic Medical Mission Board (Board Executive Committee)

Bruce joined Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) as its President and Chief Executive Officer on June 1, 2012. In this position, he brings to CMMB over 35 years of global experience in development, more than 20 of which have been focused on public health. Wilkinson has long been a trusted advisor and advocate on public policy issues that support the provision of aid to the developing world.

Gretchen Regehr

Senior Director, Talent Development-Conservation International

Working in international development and learning for many years, Gretchen has been part of LINGOs since its inception. As the Senior Director at CI, Gretchen is focused on solutions across the full talent management spectrum. She is leading the design of competency-based recruitment, career development and leadership approaches at CI that lead to a ready pipeline of highly skilled talent across critical roles and leadership positions.

 

Hilary Haddigan

Chief of Mission Effectiveness

As Chief of Mission Effectiveness, Hilary leads Heifer’s development towards a results-based, data-driven organization.  Her work includes leadership of Heifer’s strategy, the development of a performance framework, and reporting towards impact; and the establishment of a rigorous evidence base that brings public visibility to Heifer’s accomplishments.
