The Virtual Classroom Mastery Series is a curriculum designed to support and promote members' effective use of the virtual classroom medium. It is part of our strategy to acclimate member agencies into becoming world class online learning experts through education, coaching, hands-on experience and results-driven online activities.
The curriculum is derived from 2 individual courses(see the tabs above): Designing and Developing Virtual Classroom Training Managing and Facilitating a Virtual Class The Virtual Training Mastery Series is offered approximately once every quarter.

Coaching out of the Box(R) offers staff of LINGOs member agencies the opportunity to participate in a two-class series of their virtual training on coaching skills, offered from 10am - 11:30 am Eastern US time (same as New York) on Thursdays April 10 and 24, 2014.
Coaching out of the Box offers cutting edge, high impact coaching skills training and support products designed specifically for organizational managers, executives and learning and development staff. Based on the world’s most advanced methods and theory in coaching, its training is designed to be experiential versus cerebral and takes participants directly into application of skills.
The two-part series is available to the staff of LINGOs Member Agencies. Practicing the new skills with a partner enhances participants' ability to use the skills.
